The Introduction of Department, ward and unit Bir Hospital

1. Emergency Department:

• Cover acute care 20 beds

• Observation surgical and Medical wards 22

• Disaster victims' care

• Police case management etc

• Operation Theater( Emergency Bleeding control, tendon repair, chest tube Orthopedic management , vein section, central vascular puncture ( CVP) line, and other emergency operation)

3. Outdoor Department

• In out door department the ticket are distributed in 8 o clock, price Free of cost for poor people, Rs 20. 0 for medium, and Rs 150. 0 for evening. all type of lab tests are facilitated, Ultrasound, CT scan, ECHO, EEG, Cerotic Artery Doppler, ECG, Vascular scan, wound dressing, Minor operation, Fine needle test, and other needful services are provided during out door period( 9 am- 5 pm)

The units of out- door services are followings:

   1. Haemodialysis

   2. Minor Operation Theater

   3. Encephalic Electronic Gram(EEG)

   4. Hemophilia case management

   5. Physiotherapy

   6. Orthopedic care

2. Indoor Department:

• High dependent wards

  1. Neurosurgical wards ( 7 ICU beds,14 very high

Dependent beds and 18 annex beds for spinal patient who need

critical nursing care)

  1. CCU ward (6 beds need critical nursing care)

  2. ICU Wards ( 15 beds need critical nursing care)

  3. CTVS Wards ( 2 ICU beds, 14 general beds need critical care)

  4. Kidney Transplant Unit( 6 beds, 2 beds for intensive care)

  5. Burn Unit( 9 beds is total ,3 beds is for Intensive care

  6. Emergency Department(20 beds for acute patients, 10 beds for medical patients for observation, 12 beds for surgical observation)

• Medical Services:

There are adult male and female patients suffering from cardiac, liver, nephrology, neurology, skin, gastroenterology diseases and others.

• Surgical Services:

　There are adult male and female patients suffering from Orthopedic, Gastroenterology, Neurology (head injury, tumor of skull, Spinal cases), Kidney Transplant, Cardiac, Tracheotomy, Vascular surgery, Burn contracture, ENT Dental, Urology, Plastic surgery, General surgery( appendectomy, Cholesystectomy, Laprotomy) lap-choley, permutations nephrolithotomy and others.
